The 2019 Lamborghini Urus features a 4000cc twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine, an engine bespoke to Lamborghini from Audi's 4.0L V8, rated at 650hp and 850Nm of torque. The power figures amazingly can accelerate the Urus to 100km/h in 3.6 seconds only! On its drivetrain is an 8-speed ZF 8HP automatic transmission gearbox and an all-wheel drive system with limited slip central differential and 'Torsen-type' dynamic torque distribution with the normal driving mode seeing a 40% and 60% torque distribution to the front and rear wheels respectively. Torque vectoring in the Urus achieves 70% to the front and 87% to the rear. Lamborghini's braking power is one of the best with the world's largest carbon ceramic disc brakes having the front discs with 10-piston calipers and the rear 370mm discs with single-piston calipers.

Being a sports car does not mean the Urus is lacking in the safety features department. The Urus comes standard with front and rear parking sensors, lane departure warning, an anti-theft alarm, high-beam assist, and front collision mitigation. Optional safety features include night vision, active lane centering, adaptive cruise control, a head-up display, and a surround-view camera system. With a wide range of options, Lamborghini allows buyers to completely customize their Urus.
